What is a food lover’s greatest weakness? BUFFET. It is not a secret why Cosmo in Edinburgh is one of my favourite buffet restaurants in Scotland. They offer a selection of Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Mexican, Italian, Grilled and British dishes; as well as luscious desserts! So, what is the rave about?
Fried Tuna Steak with Mushroom Sauce Over a Bed of Rice
So tonight as I re-launch my blog and start anew, I have also decided to pick up my lazy ass and cook for once! Here is the masterpiece!
This meal took me 25 minutes to prepare and cook. Easy and simple to make. Perfect after a busy day at work. I coated the piece of Tuna with Garlic and Paprika before frying it. The mushroom sauce is a blend of roux, cheese, milk, mushrooms, 1/2 a chicken cube, salt and pepper to taste. It is actually better with some chilli powder but I do not have any at my flat. 😦 Continue reading
